BOB's Day 3 - Rest Day

Scheduled Rest Day Wednesday 4 October

I feel as though I’ve recovered well from the prior two days’ exertion but am not quite myself.  As a precaution, I got a RAT kit from the local Walmart pharmacy, and rather to my surprise, tested positive for Covid. Thus the “feeling seedy” and “general malaise” of yesterday were actually the first  manifestations of Covid symptoms. I’ve extended my stay at the motel here in Waynesboro by three extra nights, allowing five days of self-isolation if one includes Tuesday’s riding day in the count.
